User-generated content
The Service allows users to submit and interact with user-generated content. Content submitted to the Service reflects the views of its author only. Users are responsible for the content they submit and for any consequences arising from it.

Age requirement

Mental health and safety
Help Minds Heal is a peer-support community and is not a substitute for professional medical, therapeutic, or crisis support. Content indicating an immediate risk of harm to self or others may be escalated for moderation review. In such cases, we may take protective action and provide signposting to external support services where appropriate.

Account termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time where we believe it is necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.

License to content
By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Service. You retain copyright in your content.

Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
