Night time

Does anyone else struggle more at night when everything goes quiet?

I’m fine when I’m busy, but once everything slows down it all catches up with me. I didn’t really notice how much I avoid my thoughts until it gets quiet.

Yeah, that time of night can be really overwhelming for a lot of people.

Have you had any therapy or anything and learned any coping strategies?

Self care before bed helps me. I have a bath, I look after my skin, whatever, try and relax.

Night time can be so lonely. Laid next to my sleeping partner while he snores away and I have nothing but the weight of my anxieties.

This time of night really does give you time to overthink.
