Why do I feel tired all the time even when I sleep?
You might be getting to bed. You might be sleeping through the night. And still, you wake up feeling like you haven’t really rested. That kind of tiredness is frustrating because sleep is supposed to fix it. When it doesn’t, you start wondering what you’re doing wrong. Often, this sort of tiredness isn’t about hours slept.
