Trauma doesn’t always look dramatic from the outside.
Sometimes it looks like getting through the day and still feeling on edge.
Sometimes it looks like nothing at all — until something small sets it off.

This space is for people whose nervous system feels stuck in survival mode.
For people who replay things they wish they could forget.
For people who don’t feel safe in their own head, even when life looks “normal”.

You might be dealing with a single event.
You might be carrying years of things that built up slowly.
You might not even be sure whether what you went through “counts”.

If it left a mark on you, it counts.

People talk here about flashbacks, panic, dissociation, nightmares, and being constantly alert.
They also talk about numbness, memory gaps, irritability, shutdowns, and feeling disconnected from everyone else.
Some talk about guilt. Some about shame. Some about feeling broken or changed forever.

You don’t have to use the right words.
You don’t have to explain your trauma in detail.
You don’t have to relive anything you’re not ready to.

You can talk about how it shows up now — in your body, your sleep, your relationships, your reactions.
You can talk about what helps a little, what makes things worse, or what you’re scared to say out loud elsewhere.

This space isn’t about fixing anyone or pushing people to move on.
It’s just a place to talk with people who understand that trauma doesn’t end when the event does.

If you’re living with something that never really switched off, you’re not alone here.
